Ashley Albertsen has joined Smith Slusky Law as a new law partner. Ashley brings a thriving legal practice in criminal, domestic and tribal law.

In 2010, Ashley graduated from Creighton University School of Law, J.D in Omaha, Nebraska. She practiced in a partnership of Oestmann and Albertsen prior to joining Smith Slusky Law in 2018.
Ashley specializes in criminal and domestic law. Her practice includes guardianships, conservatorships, protection orders and juvenile law. Ashley is focused on providing exceptional client service.
