Christopher D. Curzon has been a practicing attorney for over 20 years with extensive experience representing national and international businesses and corporations in all aspects of operations, governance, transactions and litigation.

 

He has additional expertise in commercial transactions; contracts and sophisticated business transactions; representation of clients in multiple jurisdictions including California, Arizona, Utah, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Kansas, Missouri, Florida, Washington, Iowa and Nevada.

 

Additionally he has a command of extensive knowledge in business development and strategic planning, assisting start-up businesses, both public and private, in all aspects of operations and assisting companies in compliance and execution of their business models.
